If there’s ever been an engagement shoot I’ve been the most excited (and even nervous) about, it’s this one. You see, Danny is my little brother, so I was honored when he asked me to take their engagement photos! LeeAnn and Danny flew out to Seattle for an amazing day in Gasworks Park and Post Alley, with a quick stop in the market, too! Even when it started to rain, they weren’t daunted – their goofy and exciting personalities showing through. I absolutely love these two together, and I cannot wait for their wedding this May! And now, here are their photos!
From their engagement photos back in October, Kristin and Mike picked their favorite picture and asked me to design their Save The Date cards that they’ll be sending out to their friends and family. Knowing that their wedding colors are blue and sliver, and that Kristin adores sparkles/diamonds/jewels (they’re even rumored to be featured in the wedding center pieces), we came up with a sparkly, fantastical design. Although I’m biased, I think they came out really well and totally reflect Kristin and Mike’s style.
Congrats again to Kristin and Mike!
I recently had the honor of shooting the engagement photos for my good friends Kristin and Mike. We spent a nice afternoon at the Olympic Sculpture Park, and I must say – they are truly photogenic! Add that to the long list of superlatives I could lavish upon them, and you’ll realize why they are so perfect for each other. I thought I’d share the best of the photos from the shoot. The first one is the couple’s favorite, but the last one is my fave, so be sure to scroll all the way down! Kristin and Mike plan to be married in August 2010 at Blue Ribbon Cooking & Culinary Center.
